Family trip one day event open register....by 5/9

Dear IBST Parents and teachers,

Greeting!!

Here is our Family trip schedule.

We now open one day non-overnight event register for whoever is interested in one day event.
For 5/17,  the cost of dinner is NT$200 / person.
      5/18,    the BBQ lunch  is       250 / person.(You could come early to join us for the local tour.)
We accept register by 5/9, please register by reply this mail or contact Lisa : trista5759@gmail.com or cell 0970148822.

Besides, two of the registered families cancel their rooms due to personal reason. So we really welcome you to reconsider to join us on this family trip if your time is available now.

Money Collecting for Spring Trip Starting....

Dear Parents,

Thanks for registered 5/17-18 Spring Trip and the time is near...
We have 30 families, total  101 people in all will join for this trip for now. (Include 2 families from Hsinchu).
The attached document is all the registered members list and contact information.
We have already book 31 rooms and pay the deposit to Resort.
The Accommodation fee include 2 meal and a tea snack is $ 2000/ 3000 for 2/4 persons room.
For teaches, please hand in half of the fee.
And there is  $250/person for the BBQ next noon will be collect too.(The child under age 6 is free.)We will collect the full amount of fee to guarantee your order.
Please put your money to a envelop and write your name and detail (number BBQ) on, and hand it to Mrs. Kao 高郁晴 who now is sub Chinese teacher at school.
Please take a look and see if there are some information need to be correct.

IBST Parent Directory 家長通訊錄建置中

Dear parents: 新竹實中雙語部家長會有個全部家長的通訊錄，在聯絡大家上方便很多，也能增進大家對家長會的連結力。南科實中雙語部家長會也覺得有此需要，準備製作通訊錄，目前已開始收集家長的電話 (email來自學校已有提供)，希望能有大家的電話，使通訊錄齊全，這資料將只用在雙語部家長間的聯絡。敬請回覆您的資料給Lisa ，謝謝。 The PTA of IBSH (our counterpart school at Hsinchu) has a directory of all parents. It helps all members easier to contact each other and increase the cohesion of an organization.IBST feels such a need and has start collecting all of the phone numbers of parents (emails obtained from the school). Reschedule Spring Trip to 5/18-19 抱歉.. 春遊日期延後了..請重新報名...

Dear IBST parents:
The Spring Trip was early planned on 4/19, 20. But the debate competition
was later determined to be held on the same days. Then AP and SAT exams will
be held between 5/5 and 5/16. To have more families to join this Trip, the
Trip dates are changed to 5/17, 18. Please register your attendance by 3/18.
Just let you know that the prices of houses are low with 35% discount.

新春愉快！家長聯誼會將舉辦二天一夜的春遊，於5/17-18（星期六日），在高雄六龜
扇平山莊http://www.sunping.com.tw。該渡假村位於風景優美的河邊，有各種設施如
綠地、球類、露營、spa、卡拉OK、會議室等，適合各年級家長及小朋友。此次活動旨
在擴大家長們的交流，也針對髙年級的升學準備，請家長學生分享經驗，呼應上學期的
歡迎新家庭活動。活動行程如下，誠摯邀請家長學生參與這次的活動！請於2/27 (星期
四) 前回覆報名。費用 2000-3000. 雙人房-四人房. 費用含住宿+早餐+晚餐+下午茶.
第二天中午BBQ 費用 180 /人.另計.

Dear IBST parents:
Happy Chinese New Year! We are to hold a spring trip to Kaohsiung Liugui 's
Sunping Village. This beautiful by-the-river resort has different facilities
of open field, sports, camping, spa, Karaoke, meeting rooms... for people of
all ages. This trip aims to expand the networks between parents, and address
college preparation for senior students (G8-G12) shared by experienced
parents and students. The agenda is as below. We sincerely invite you
parents and students to join us! Please reply to Tracy before 2/27(Thursday).
The fee is NT$2000-3000 per room which include breakfast and dinner and afternoon tea.
