For the Spring Trip of
05/17-18/2014 at SunPing
Village
On the
first day, G12 students of Civia and Sylvia shared their experience and tips of
applying for colleges. Dr. Bigler and Mr. Folden talked about the college
preparation pathway for parents and students from G1 to G12. Besides that, many
people enjoyed outdoors, biking around, and splash water in the pool. On the second
day, people got up early in the mountains to walk on trails. Then the BBQ lunch
by the swimming pool was the highlight of the day.
We know
each other more through this event. We would like to thank joining parents,
students and teachers, and hope more parents will participate in the activities
held by IBST Booster Club in the future.

親愛的雙語部家長們好：
這次IBST家長會於5/17-18舉辦的高雄六龜扇平山莊春遊活動，有28個家庭，93位家長、老師與學生參與。
第一天下午活動重點在升學準備的介紹，G12同學Civia、Sylvia分享大學申請過程經驗，另學校生涯諮商老師Dr. Bigler及Mr. Folden建議各年級家長及學生可著手的事項。
大學申請經驗分享後，大家輕鬆愉快地在腹地寬廣、設施完善的山莊騎腳踏車、游泳、打球，晚上家長們更聚會、聊天、分享…。第二天上午歩道健走，中午於游泳池畔BBQ，之後意猶未盡的踏上歸途…。
經由這次的活動，讓我們老師、家長和學生有更多的互動和認識。家長聯誼會感謝大家的熱情參與，讓此次活動圓滿成功，期待在未來的活動有更多的家長參與。
